Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
for Business Mentoring and Services by Anna Esen LLC

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Anna Esen LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Provider," "Anna Esen LLC" or "we") and our clients in connection with the services offered, including Business Consulting, advisory, and facilitation services for partnerships, investments, and strategic business connections.

2. Services and Prices

The Provider offers Business Consulting, Advisory, Facilitation services for Partnerships, Investments, and Strategic business connections.. Prices and payment terms may vary depending on the service and individual agreements. Both one-time payments and instalment options may be offered.

3. Formation of the Agreement

  1. As an entrepreneur or consumer, you have several options to purchase products or services. This can include placing an order in the online shop, a free phone call, or a Zoom call, during which details are communicated orally or in writing. You will then receive an order confirmation or invoice. Upon receipt of payment in our account, we will grant you access to the booked programs by providing the necessary access credentials or by initiating mentoring calls (1:1 or in a group).

  2. Data communication over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and/or available at all times based on current technology standards. Anna Esen LLC therefore does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted availability of its member area.

4. Rights to Audio, Video, Files, and Access Credentials to the Member Area

  1. The provided files and materials may only be downloaded and printed by you as a participant/client and solely for your personal development. Any usage is limited to your own educational purposes.

  2. All usage rights to the files and materials are reserved. Creating copies, files, or prints for third parties, sharing or transferring files to third parties, or using them for purposes other than personal education—whether for free or for a fee—requires the explicit, prior, and written consent of Anna Esen LLC. 

  3. Trademarks and logos on the materials are protected under trademark law. As a participant, you agree to use the materials and files accessible to you only within the permitted scope and to neither allow nor encourage unauthorized use by third parties. This obligation continues even after the termination of the agreement.

  4. Usage rights permitted by mandatory legal provisions are excluded from this requirement for prior consent. Until full payment of program fees, the materials remain the property of Anna Esen LLC.

  5. You are required to keep your individual access credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with third parties.

5. Agreement Term and Termination

  1. The agreement term begins depending on the product, with access to the member area, the first individual or group call, joining the exclusive community for members, or upon receipt of your booking.

  2. Anna Esen LLC reserves the right to terminate the program you have booked at any time at its sole discretion and without justification. In such cases, you will receive a prorated refund of the fees.

  3. Your obligations regarding confidentiality and usage rights remain in effect for three additional years following the end of the program or agreement.

  4. In the event of payment arrears, Anna Esen LLC reserves the right to suspend access (to the member area, live calls, etc.) partially or completely until all outstanding instalment payments have been made. The Anna Esen LLC also reserves the right to terminate the agreement exceptionally in the case of payment arrears. Payments already made will not be refunded in this case. For consumers, this will occur after an appropriate period and a notice of impending suspension or termination.

  5. If you terminate the program prematurely, you waive your right to further use of the product and member area. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Payment Default and Late Fees

  • Reminder for Payment Default: In the event of payment default, we will send a reminder via email within 30 days of the due date.

  • Late Fees: If payment is not received after the 30-day period, we reserve the right to charge late fees of 5% above the base interest rate.

7. Affiliate Program

You may choose to participate in our affiliate program by filling out the form on our website. As an affiliate, you will gain access to our secure affiliate area, where you can find promotional materials and track your referrals. You will earn a 10% commission for each successful referral, which will be paid out via PayPal.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Anna Esen LLC assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages or losses arising from the use or unavailability of our services. The services are based on recommendations and advice from the Provider's experience. It is the participant's responsibility to adapt the information provided to their individual situation and needs.

  2. The services provided do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Anna Esen LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes or success related to the implementation of the content provided. Each participant acts at their own risk.

  3. Anna Esen LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the provided information, as markets and conditions may change constantly. Any actions and decisions made based on the information provided are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  4. Participants are encouraged to consult with professionals before making business decisions based on the provided information.

9. Right of Withdrawal

No Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

All services, programs, coaching, mentoring, advisory sessions, facilitation services, and digital products provided by Anna Esen LLC are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Due to the nature of digital content and advisory services, access to materials, scheduling of sessions, or commencement of services constitutes full delivery.

By purchasing any service or digital product, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Services may begin immediately upon purchase or upon scheduled session.

  • Digital products are deemed delivered once access is granted.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • No chargebacks or payment reversals are permitted without prior written agreement.

For clients residing in the European Union or jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of services and acknowledge that by doing so, you waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal where legally permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

We recommend that you thoroughly review the offered services and products before making a purchase.
